    Saturday 18th January, 10am - 4pm

    Facilitated by Elia de Matteis (by donation). Explore the vital skills of empathic listening, facing challenging conversations and navigating conflict without compromise. Workshop suitable for all who want to improve their emotional intelligence, collaboration, and clear communication. Skills relevant in home life, community, work and beyond.

If you've ever been inspired to set up your own school, to create something outside of the conventional, authoritarian education system, this is the third in our webinar series that gives you a chance to ask experts who have been there and done it!

Come and meet Fran Wilby and Melissa Kendall, co-founders of the first Lumiar school in the UK. This progressive school caters for Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and is based on a working farm in Stowford, Wiltshire.

Community Open Day at Griffin Club

Visit the Griffin Club Building and meet members of our community - drop in anytime between 11am - 1pm. Food, drinks and fun activities (such as art, pottery, and martial arts) are on offer for no charge (although we do have a donation box if you feel like contributing something). This event is open to anyone from our local community who wants to come, hang out, meet other local people and take part in the activities. It is also a great way for prospective families to find out more about what we do at Griffin Club, see the site, and meet members of our team and other families.
